Jamie Bryant Robbins is the heart of The JBR Foundation.

Born January 15, 1979 to Chris and Charlene Robbins, Jamie lived a very full and productive life.  He was very social and was loved by many people.  He worked in management as a Trainmaster for BNSF Railway.  He loved geese and was a passionate hunter.  Jamie was a fan of all sports, particularly golf. He achieved great success in the sport as he was a three time Burlington City Champ and in May 2017 he competed in the US Open Qualifier.

On April 3, 2018, after a long battle with an addiction to alcohol and depression, Jamie died by suicide at the age of 39.  He left behind three beautiful children and they are the inspiration behind The JBRF’s First Outreach Program:  The Project Thumbies Campaign.
